摘要
碳纤维增强复合材料被广泛用于航空航天领域,在其制造及使用过程中不可避免产生各种缺陷及损伤。如何实现CFRP构件无损快速检测、提高损伤容限探测水平、降低检测成本具有重要意义。针对飞机使用的CFRP层合板,基于电容边缘效应,考虑其各向异性介电常数分布特点,利用开放式4×4阵列电极,以传统电容成像激励测量模式及共轭梯度图像重建算法,对CFRP层合板进行可视化检测。通过仿真和实验,验证了该方法对于CFRP层合板不同损伤缺陷检测的有效性和可行性,为实现非侵入、无辐射、低成本的快速无损结构健康监测奠定研究基础。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer( CFRP) composites are widely used in the aerospace field,it is unavoidable to produce some defects or damages during the processes of their manufacture and use. It is significant to achieve rapid non-destructive detection of CFRP components,improve the detection level for damage tolerance during the process of airworthiness certification and reduce testing costs. For the CFRP laminates used in the aircraft,a method was proposed for visual detection based on capacitive edge effect by considering the anisotropic relative permittivity distribution of CFRP laminates. An open 4× 4 electrical electrodes array was applied for the detection,and traditional excitation and measurement modes were adopted. Conjugate gradient algorithm was also employed for the image reconstruction. The effectiveness and feasibility of the detection for different damages on CFRP laminates were verified through simulation and experiments. The results laid a research foundation for the achievement of non-invasive,non-radiation,low cost and rapid structural health monitoring.
