摘要
CFRP作为一种性能优良的非金属复合材料,在众多工业领域如运动用品、航空航天等具有广泛的应用,而基于无损探伤技术的缺陷检测环节是CFRP长期有效工作的重要保障。电磁检测技术具有非接触非侵入的优势,并且对电导率具有很高的检测精度。文章涉及一种可以用于CFRP无损检测的电磁探伤系统,并且通过对样品缺陷的信号分析可以初步验证系统的有效性。
Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer is an advanced non-metallic composite which offers enormous potential for use in,a wide number of engineering applications,ranging from sports goods to advanced aircraft structures due to their great performance.Failure prediction based on non-destructive testing technology is an important strategy to guarantee the effective long-term work of CFRP.Electromagnetic measuring technology is non-invasive and highly sensitive to the conductivity change.The paper proposes a CFRP non-destructive testing system based on electromagnetic measuring,technology and prove the effectiveness by signal analyzing of the specimen with flaw.
