摘要
在“大思想政治”教育改革背景下,高职院校开展心理健康教育课程时,可以结合课程思政要求,形成“心理健康+思想政治”协同育人体系,达到思想政治教育与心理健康教育的有效融合。当前,高职院校心理健康教育课程中思想政治内容的渗透不深入,教师有必要从理想信念、价值观、国家意识、民族精神等方面入手培养高职学生的社会责任感,增强学生的学习信念,在现实案例中感受到生命的意义,消解消极情绪,形成健康的心理状态和较高的思想政治素养、道德品质。
Under the background of"great ideological and political"education reform,when carrying out mental health education courses in higher vocational colleges,we can form a"mental health+ideological and political education"coordination system with the requirements of"curriculum ideological and political",so as to achieve the effective integration of ideological and political education and mental health education.At present,the infiltration of Ideological and political content in the mental health education curriculum of higher vocational colleges is not deep.It is necessary for teachers to cultivate higher vocational students'sense of social responsibility from the aspects of ideals and beliefs,values,national consciousness and national spirit,enhance students'learning beliefs,feel the meaning of life in real cases and eliminate negative emotions,form a healthy psychological state and high ideological and political quality and moral quality.
