“三全育人”视域下高职心理健康教育创新分析 被引量:2

摘要 经济全球化、文化多元化背景下,高职学生心理问题日益如初,加强心理健康教育成为高职院校的重点工作内容。基于“三全育人”视域下,重新审视高职心理健康教育的不足,主要存在全员参与不足、全过程落实欠缺、全方位意识不强等问题,对此,应从全员、全过程、全方位育人着手,采取调动教育主体积极性、分阶段心理健康教育、拓展心理健康教育途径等策略,推动高职心理健康教育创新发展。 Under the background of economic globalization and cultural diversity, the psychological problems of higher vocational students are becoming the same day by day. Strengthening mental health education has become the key work of higher vocational colleges. Based on the perspective of “three complete education”, we should re-examine the deficiencies of higher vocational mental health education, mainly including insufficient participation of all staff, lack of implementation in the whole process, weak omni-directional consciousness and so on. Therefore, we should start with full staff, whole process and omni-directional education, and adopt strategies such as mobilizing the main volume polarity of education, phased mental health education and expanding the ways of mental health education to promote the innovative development of higher vocational mental health education.
