摘要
综述了白车身焊装车间高速升降辊床的现状和多连杆摇臂式高速升降辊床和摇臂举升式高速升降辊床发展和现状,针对行业内主流的4种不同升降机构形式的高速升降辊床进行了研究与分析。以4种主流高速升降辊床所需求的驱动扭矩计算的角度,提供了不同的算例和对比分析;更是宏观地从负载转动惯量、寿命、精度、制造成本、可扩展性、刚性柔性角度分析了4种主流高速升降辊床的优劣。得出结论,齿轮齿条式高速升降辊床和圆柱凸轮式高速升降辊床具备负载转动惯量低,可扩展性强的突出优势。
This paper summarized the current status of high-speed lifting roller bed and the development¤t status of multi-link rocker arm high-speed lifting roller bed and rocker arm lifting roller bed applied in the Body-In-White welding Workshop.The paper also studied and analyzed four mainstream lifting roller beds with different lifting mechanism forms.From the perspective of demanded driving torque calculation of four mainstream high-speed lifting roller beds,the paper presented different calculation cases and the comparison analysis,and even analyzed advantages and disadvantages of those 4 mainstream high-speed lifting roller bed from other perspectives,such as payload rotational inertia,lifetime,accuracy,manufacturing cost,scalability,rigidity or flexibility.It is conclude in the paper that rack and pinion high-speed lifting roller bed and cylindrical cam high-speed roller bed have obvious advantages in low payload inertia and high scalability.
