摘要
根据单自由度平面连杆机构的等效动力学模型,以功能原理为基础,建立平面连杆机构等效转动惯量的解析计算公式。应用Inventor建立曲柄飞剪剪刀体模型来计算摇杆对其回转中心的转动惯量以及连杆对其质心的转动惯量,然后根据上述建立的平面连杆机构等效转动惯量的解析计算公式来求解曲柄飞剪剪刀体部分对电机轴的等效转动惯量,从而为曲柄飞剪电机的选择提供一定的参考。
The analytical calculation of equivalent moment of inertia can be obtained according to equivalent dynamic model of one-DOM planar linkage,based on the work-energy principle. The body model of crank-flying shears was established by using the Inventor software. Equivalent moment of inertia,the rocker rotating around its rotational center and the linkage rotating around its center of mass,can be calculated with the Inventor software. Combined the analytical calculation of equivalent moment of inertia and the Inventor software,equivalent moment of inertia for the body of crank-flying shears turning around motor shaft was figured out. The result was offered for selection of crank-flying shears motor.
