摘要
在分析回转式烘口机轨道机构特点和常用调节装置优缺点的基础上,确定采用工作较平稳的斜齿轮传动驱动,具有结构紧凑、运转平稳等特点的螺旋升降机构来调节回转式烘口机轨道机构高度,使得轨道机构推动托盘机构中的托盘将玻璃器皿顶出一定高度,以确保玻璃器皿进入下一道工序。
Base on the analysis of the characters of rotary fire finishing machine's track mechanism and ordinary adjusting apparatus merits and demerits,the paper suggested that using smooth running helical gear as driving unit and screwing lift meachanism which has compact configuration and smooth running ets. characters. Then the height track of the rotary fire finishing machine is adjusted; and track mechanism lifts glassware out to certain height by pallet mechanism to insure that glassware enters into next working procedure.
