摘要 重点介绍了某先进整车制造厂总装车间智能化拧紧联网系统,实现对总装车间拧紧工艺优化、拧紧过程保证、拧紧结果分析。通过数字化方式完成前期拧紧工艺的编制及分发,利用带数据上传功能的拧紧设备,通过RFID(无线射频技术)自动识别实现数据与车辆的一一绑定,对在线拧紧、返修、检测全过程拧紧数据的采集存储,实现整车全过程拧紧数据的网络化及可追溯性,并结合视觉防错技术实现拧紧过程防错。通过拧紧大数据分析系统对拧紧结果进行分析,智能分析螺栓拧紧趋势、不合格螺栓原因、拧紧设备状态,防止错拧、漏拧问题,达到智能诊断和预测性维护的目的,提升人员效率、保证拧紧质量。 This paper focused on the intelligent tightening networking system in the assembly workshop of an advanced vehicle manufacturer,which analyzed the optimization of tightening process,the guarantee of tightening process and tightening results in the assembly workshop.The preparation and distribution of the pre-tightening process were completed through digital methods,the tightening equipment with data upload function were used to realize the one-to-one binding of data and vehicles through RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)automatic identification.The tightening data of the whole process including online tightening,repair and inspection was collected and stored,which realized the networking and traceability of the whole process of tightening data,and combined the visual error-proofing technology to realize the error-proofing of the tightening process.The tightening big data analysis system was used to analyze the tightening results,intelligently analyze the bolt tightening trend,the causes for unqualified bolts,the status of tightening equipment,to prevent wrong tightening and missing tightening problems,achieve the purpose of intelligent diagnosis and predictive maintenance,improve personnel efficiency,and ensure tightening quality.
