摘要
随着重卡装配质量的提升,越来越多的厂家关注生产细节,螺栓拧紧质量也被各主机厂提升到一定的高度,为确保螺栓拧紧质量,拧紧工具就显得尤为重要,文章通过对重卡行业应用的几种类型工具进行了现场测试与分析,为后期工程技术人员拧紧工具选型提供一定的参考。
With the improvement of assembly quality of heavyduty trucks,more and more manufacturers pay attention to production details.The quality of bolt tightening is also raised to a certain height by each assembly plant.In order to ensure the tightened quality of bolts,it is particularly important to tighten the tools.This article has adopted the heavy-duty truck industry.The application of several types of tools for field testing and analysis,to provide some reference for the future engineering and technical personnel to tighten the selection of tools.
