摘要
在电力生产中,一系列不规范的施工操作、使用以及后续的管理都会在一定程度上导致安全问题,造成人员和财产的双重损失。为保障施工过程中工作人员的人身安全,优化高压电气作业工具的使用性能、安全性很有必要。对跳线引流板等导线侧金具螺栓的紧固和紧固情况的检测需要通过笨重的专用工具,使作业人员劳动强度大、效率低,作业危险性高。文章以高压输电线路中引流板螺栓为研究目标,提出一种新型的螺栓紧固装置。
In the power production work,the personal safety of the staff during the construction process is guaranteed.As a tool to protect the personal safety of high-voltage electrical workers,a series of irregular construction operations,use,and subsequent management will lead to safety production problems,causing double losses of personnel and property.The detection of the fastening and fastening of the wire-side fittings and bolts of the jumper drain board and other wires requires heavy special tools,which causes the workers to have high labor intensity,low efficiency,and high operational risks.Therefore,this research mainly targets the drain plate bolts in high-voltage transmission lines,and proposes a new type of bolt fastening device.
