摘要
目的探讨康复科临床实习中EBM结合PBL教学法的应用价值。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月该院2020级的康复科学生,采取EBM结合PBL教学法教学作为研究组(n=40)。选择该院2019级的康复科学生,采取常规法教学作为对照组(n=40)。比较两组对带教工作的满意度、康复科临床实习中对理论知识的掌握度、康复科临床实习技能的考核评分。结果研究组对带教工作的满意度高于对照组,康复科临床实习中对理论知识的掌握度、康复科临床实习技能的考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复科学生实施EBM结合PBL教学法带教效果确切,可提高康复科学生的技能掌握水平,使其更好地胜任日后的工作,并提高其对带教方法的认可。
Objective To explore the application value of EBM combined with PBL teaching method in clinical practice of rehabilitation department.Methods 2020 grade rehabilitation students in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and taught by EBM combined with PBL as the study group(n=40).2019 grade rehabilitation students in the hospital were selected and taught with conventional method as the control group(n=40).The satisfaction with teaching,the mastery of theoretical knowledge and the assessment score of clinical practice skills of rehabilitation department were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the study group with teaching was higher than that of the control group,the mastery of theoretical knowledge and the assessment score of clinical practice skills in rehabilitation department were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of EBM combined with PBL teaching method for rehabilitation students is accurate,which can improve the skill mastery level of rehabilitation students,make them better competent for future work,and improve their recognition of teaching methods.
