循证医学结合基于问题的教学法在肺癌临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨循证医学结合基于问题的教学法在肺癌临床教学中的应用。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月在该院心胸外科实习的60名临床医学本科实习生为研究对象,按不同临床教学方法分为两组,每组30名。对照组使用常规教学方法,观察组使用循证医学结合基于问题的教学法(PBL)。对比两组的考核成绩、教学效果、教学满意率。结果观察组考核成绩(理论成绩和临床技能操作成绩)、教学效果评分均明显高对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学结合PBL在肺癌临床教学中的应用效果显著,能有效提高教学效果,培养学生临床思维能力,提高解决问题能力及综合实践能力,提升教学满意率,具有较高的临床教学价值。 Objective To explore the application of evidence-based medicine combined with problem-based teaching method in clinical teaching of lung cancer.Methods A total of 60 clinical medical undergraduate interns who practiced in the cardiothoracic surgery department of the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to different clinical teaching methods,with 30 people in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the observation group used evidence-based medicine combined with problem-based teaching(PBL).The assessment results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The evaluation scores(theoretical scores and clinical skills and operation scores)and teaching effect scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based medicine combined with PBL in lung cancer clinical teaching is remarkable,which can effectively improve teaching effect,cultivate students'clinical thinking ability,improve problem-solving ability and comprehensive practice ability,and improve teaching satisfaction rate,which has high clinical teaching value.
