摘要 目的 观察多维度互动式教学模式在乳腺疾病教学中的应用效果,探讨多维度互动式教学模式在乳腺外科教学中的可行性。方法 选择2020年7月1日-2020年12月31日在某医院乳腺外科实习的实习生38名,38名学生均为某医学院临床医学专业大学五年级学生,数字法随机分为A组实验组采用多维度互动式教学和B组对照组采用传统教学,每组19人。实习结束进行出科考核。比较2组学生在理论考核以及技能操作中乳腺疾病病史采集、体格检查、辅助检查解读、影像阅片、初步诊断、诊疗计划的评分以及总分。同时进行满意度评分,比较2组学生对教学模式的满意程度。结果 实验组学生出科理论考核、病史采集、体格检查、辅助检查解读、影像阅片、初步诊断、诊疗计划以及出科考核总分分别为(46.77±2.64)、(13.21±0.64)、(13.36±0.84)、(4.77±0.12)、(4.65±0.14)、(4.83±0.09)、(4.82±0.12)、(93.07±1.63)分,明显高于对照组,教学满意度评分为93.55±2.91分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 多维度互动式教学模式能有效提升学生在乳腺疾病诊治中的能力,也更受学生欢迎,因此值得在乳腺疾病教学中推广。 Objectives To observe and compare the application effect of multi-dimensional interactive teaching mode in breast disease teaching,and explore the feasibility and advantages of multi-dimensional interactive teaching mode.Methods 38 interns who would be interned in breast surgery at a hospital were select from July 1st,2020 to December 31st,2020,were randomly divided into a group(multi-dimensional interactive teaching group) and group B control group(traditional teaching group),each group of 19.After the internship,the students should be assessed.The scores of the two groups of students in the theoretical assessment and skill operation were compared,including the history collection,physical examination,auxiliary examination interpretation,image reading,preliminary diagnosis,diagnosis and treatment plan,and the total score.At the same time,the satisfaction degree of the two groups of students was compared.Results The scores of theoretical assessment,history collection,physical examination,assistant examination interpretation,imaging reading,preliminary diagnosis,diagnosis and treatment plan and graduation were(46.77±2.64),(13.21±0.64),(13.36±0.84),(4.77±0.12),(4.65±0.14),(4.83±0.09),(4.82±0.12),(93.07±1.63),which were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the teaching satisfaction score was(93.55±2.91),the difference was also higher than that of the control group.Conclusions Multi-dimensional interactive teaching model could improve students’ learning efficiency and achieve better teaching results,which was worth promoting.
