摘要 教学大纲是教学活动中的纲领性指导文件,是课程教学实施的指挥棒。该文以工程教育专业认证和OBE理念为背景,重新设计“食品机械与设备”教学大纲,从课程目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价方面进行详细介绍,以提升教学质量和教学效果,为工程教育认证背景下食品专业相关课程教学大纲的修订提供参考。 Syllabus is the programmatic guiding document in teaching activities and the baton for the implementation of curriculum teaching.Based on the background of engineering education professional certification,the syllabus of food machinery and equipment was redesigned,and the curriculum objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation were introduced in detail,so as to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.The results could provide reference for the revision of food related courses syllabus under the engineering education certification.
