摘要
为了推进“以学生为中心”的课程教学改革、提高课程教学的有效性,设计了基于雨课堂平台的“食品机械与设备”课程教学方案,并通过问卷调查和课程形成性评价检验课程教学效果。结果表明,新教学模式可以显著提升学生的学习成效,提高教师的教学质量,实现大容量课堂的有效教学。
In order to promote the reform of curriculum teaching under the guidance of student-centered teaching concept,the teaching scheme of food machinery and equipment course based on rain classroom platform was designed and practiced in Guangdong University of technology.The teaching effect was tested by questionnaire survey and formative assessment.The results showed that the new teaching method could significantly improve the learning effect of students,improve the teaching quality of teachers,and realize the effective teaching of large volume classroom.
