摘要
通过梳理相关文献综述,初步探索到元认知能力与注意力存在明显的正向预测作用。以西南地区某大学的大学生为研究对象,通过网络问卷的形式调研碎片化学习注意力失焦环境下大学生元认知能力发展现状,归纳总结大学生元认知能力存在问题,据此提出修正元认知能力培养策略,以期在一定程度上矫正注意力失焦。
This paper,mainly through sorting out the relevant literature review to preliminarily explore the metacognitive ability and attention,has a signifi cant positive predictive eff ect.Taking a university in the southwest university students as the research object,through the network in the form of questionnaire investigation and study its fragmentation learning attention out-of-focus environment current situation of the development of college students’meta-cognitive ability,summarizes problems of college students’meta-cognitive ability,hereby metacognitive ability training strategy is put forward,in order to correct to a certain extent the attention out of focus.
