大学生居家在线学习的注意力失焦行为研究 被引量:22

摘要 以全国6个省份1332名居家在线学习的大学生为研究对象,通过线上问卷收集其在线学习的注意力失焦行为表现。研究发现:大学生居家在线学习存在中等程度的注意力失焦问题,主要表现在注意力分散、社交媒体吸引和思维游荡三个方面,三者与学习满意度之间存在显著负相关;性别、年龄在注意力失焦行为上存在群体差异性,即女生容易出现注意力分散的行为,高年龄组容易出现注意力分散和社交媒体吸引的行为。建议从以下方面降低大学生居家在线学习注意力失焦发生率:第一,教育引导并重,培养学生良好的媒体素养和数字化学习工具使用习惯;第二,优化教学设计,以教学内容和任务吸引学生的注意力;第三,构建长效机制,培养大学生的在线学习能力。 Taking 1,332 college students studying at home in 6 provinces in China as research objects,and analyzing the performance of attention deficit behaviors and group differences in their home-based e-learning,the study finds that college students'home-based e-learning has a moderate degree of attention deficit,mainly in three aspects:attention discontinuity,social media attraction and lingering thoughts,they are significantly negatively correlated with learning satisfaction;there are group differences in gender and age in attention deficit behaviors,that is,girls are prone to attention discontinuity,and older age groups are prone to attention discontinuity and social media attracted.The article puts forward suggestions to reduce college students'home-based e-learning attention deficit behaviors:first,both education and guidance should be emphasized to develop students'good media literacy and the habit of using digital learning tools;second,optimize teaching design to attract students'attention with teaching content and tasks;third,build a long-term mechanism to cultivate college students'e-learning ability.
