摘要
2010年起我国开始实施农村订单定向免费医学生培养项目,重点为乡镇卫生院及以下的医疗卫生机构培养从事全科医疗的卫生人才。本文以云南省2011-2020年中医学类本科专业农村订单定向免费医学生培养相关数据为基础,对云南省免费医学生培养项目政策实施现状进行研究,探讨项目实施过程中的经验和问题,分析原因并提出政策建议。
Since 2010,China began to implement the training program for free medical students in rural areas,focusing on training health talents engaged in general practice in township health centers and medical and health institutions below Based on the data of targeted training of free medical students for undergraduate medical majors in rural areas from 2011 to 2020 in Yunnan Province,this paper studies the policy implementation status of the training program for free medical students in Yunnan Province,analyzes the problems in the implementation process of the program,and puts forward policy suggestions.
