摘要 目的调查自2010年以来延安大学免费医学定向生毕业去向及满意度,对目前免费医学定向生政策落实情况进行评估。方法于2018年6~10月自编《免费医学定向生毕业去向及满意度调查问卷》对我校免费医学定向毕业生展开调查,分析其毕业去向及影响因素。结果免费医学定向生男女比例较为均等,非独生子女较多;选择医学定向生的学生多因外界因素,自主选择入学的很少;多数人认为定向生制度在专业限制、毕业发展中存在诸多问题;调查对象中毕业后违约率高达26.45%,违约同学发展广泛,履约同学对政策限制有所不满;多因素分析显示,入学动机、专业了解、发展限制是学生违约与否的独立影响因素;另外,毕业生中大多数希望回到基层乡镇医院发展时,能够改善工资福利待遇、工作环境和条件、职业发展的倾斜。结论免费医学定向生从政策计划到学生落实,目前制度仍有诸多方面需要完善改进,建议从加强宣传、改善就业环境、完善机制等方面制定相应的对策。 Objective Investigate the graduation destination and satisfaction of free medical orientationstudents at Yan'an University since 2010,and evaluate the current implementation of the free medical orientationstudents policy.Methods From June to October 2018,the"Free Medical Oriented Students Graduation Destination and Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire"was compiled to investigate the free medical orientation graduates of our school and analyze their graduation destinations and influencing factors.Results The ratio of free medical orientation students to men and women was relatively equal,and there were more non-only children;the students who choose medical orientation students were mostly due to external factors,and few chose to enroll on their own;most people thought that the orientation system has many problems in professional restrictions and graduation development.The default rate of the survey respondents after graduation was as high as 26.45%.The defaulting students had developed extensively,and the performing students were dissatisfied with the policy restrictions;multi-factor analysis showed that admission motivation,professional understanding,and development restrictions were independent factors that affected students'default or not;most of the graduates hoped to improve their wages and benefits,working environment and conditions,and career development when they returned to basic-level township hospitals.Conclusion From the policy plan to the implementation of the free medical orientation students,the current system still needs to be improved in many aspects.It is recommended to formulate corresponding countermeasures from strengthening publicity,improving the employment environment,and improving the mechanism.
