芸苔素对紫云英生长、结实特性及种子产量的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Brassinolide on Growth,Seed Setting Characteristics,and Seed Yield of Chinese Milk Vetch

摘要 为探讨芸苔素(BR)对紫云英生长发育、结实特性及种子产量的调控效应,以信紫1号为供试材料,研究喷施BR对紫云英生长发育、结实性及种子产量的影响。结果表明,与清水对照相比,BR处理可显著促进紫云英茎粗、单株分枝数、单株质量和叶片SPAD值的增加;2019—2020年喷施BR处理紫云英主茎枝的花数、结荚数、籽粒质量、籽粒数、荚果结实率和结荚率较对照分别提高11.79%、26.35%、26.71%、1.68%以及0.44、5.07百分点,其中,花数、结荚数、籽粒质量、结荚率与对照间差异达到显著水平。分析产量构成发现,2019—2020年BR处理的千粒质量较对照显著提高20.97%;籽粒数较对照提高3.68%,但与对照差异不显著;荚数较对照显著提高3.19%;种子产量达551.72 kg/hm^(2),较对照显著提高19.02%。在现蕾期叶面喷施芸苔素主要通过促进荚数和粒质量的增加,从而显著提高紫云英最终种子产量,叶面喷施芸苔素对紫云英籽粒数的增加作用不明显。 In order to probe the regulation effect of brassinolide(BR) on growth and development, seed setting, and seed yield of Chinese milk vetch, in this study, Xinzi1 was chosen as test material. Effect of spraying brassinolide(BR) on growth and development, seed yield, and seed setting of Chinese milk vetch was studied. The results showed that compared with the water control, treatment with BR could significantly promote the increase of stem diameter, branch number per plant, per plant weight and SPAD. The flower number, pod number, seed weight, seed number, seed setting rates, and pod setting rates were increased by 11.79%, 26.35%, 26.71%, 1.68%, and 0.44, 5.07 percentage points, respectively, compared with those of the control group in 2019-2020. There were significant differences between flower number, pod number, seed weight, and pod setting rates of the treatment group and the control group. Analysis of yield composition of 2019-2020 found that the 1000-seed weight was significantly increased by 20.97% when spraying BR, compared with that of the control group. The seed number was increased by 3.68%, however, it was not significantly different from that of the control group. The pod number was significantly increased by 3.19% compared with that of the control group. The seed yield reached 551.72 kg/ha, significantly increased by 19.02% compared with the control group. In conclusion, foliar spraying BR at squaring stage could significantly increase seed yield of Chinese milk vetch by promotion of increase of pod number and seed weight. The effect of foliar spraying BR on the increase of seed number of Chinese milk vetch was not obvious.
