摘要
针对间歇气举排水采气生产管理缺乏信息化、智能化手段现状,配套新研发的间歇气举排水采气井场物联网终端控制器,设计开发了一套物联网远程监控分析软件系统。新软件系统不仅能实时获取生产工艺参数,还能对生产工艺参数进行特征值提取、自动诊断工况并提出措施建议,系统设计了多种可视化分析技术如指标列表、面向井位图的生产指标现状图、多指标变化趋势及关联曲线等,便于用户及时掌握气井实时生产动态,及时调整优化工作制度。系统采用MQTT协议,通过发布/订阅模式实现了远程获取实时检测参数、发送操控指令。系统主要基于MySQL数据库,采用Python开发实现功能,通过测试验证,软件功能完备、运行正确可靠、界面简洁美观、操作方便,可以与井场物联网终端控制器配套推广应用。
In view of the lack of information and intelligent means in production management of dewatering gas production by intermittent gas lift,a set of remote monitoring and analysis software system of Internet of Things(IoT)has been designed with a newly developed IoT terminal controller in well site.The system can not only obtain the production process parameters in real time,but also extract the characteristic values of the production process parameters,automatically diagnose the working conditions and put forward measures and suggestions.A variety of visual analysis techniques are adopted in the system such as index list,production index status chart oriented to well location map,change trend and correlation curve of multiple indexes,etc,facilitating users to timely grasp the real-time production performance of gas wells,timely adjust and optimize the production parameters.The MQTT protocol is used in the system to obtain real-time detection parameters and send control instructions remotely through publish/subscribe mode.The software system is mainly based on MySQL database,whose functions realized by Python.Through testing and verification,the software shows complete functions,correct and reliable operation,simple and beautiful interface and easy operation,which can be promoted and applied with IoT terminal controller in well site.
