摘要
在《智慧海河总体方案》的大背景下,依托海河闸除险加固工程建设,开展信息化系统建设,以提升工程信息化管理水平。以“2+N”的顶层设计架构建设基础感知体系,升级通信网络系统,构建统一大数据中心和统一支撑平台,建立覆盖海河闸管理处各项业务的运维管理平台。对海河防潮闸业务应用系统实例进行论述,并根据《数字孪生水利工程建设技术导则》对工程信息化提升至数字孪生工程进行技术探讨。
Under the background of the Smart Haihe River Overall Plan,relying on the construction of the Haihe River Gate Reinforcement Project,the construction of the information system is carried out to improve the level of informatization management. Based on the“2+N”top-level design structure,the project builds a basic perception system,upgrades the communication network system,builds a unified big data center and a unified support platform,and establishes an operation and maintenance management platform covering various businesses of the Haihe River Gate Management Office. This paper discusses the application system of the Haihe River Gate Business Application System,and discusses the technology of upgrading engineering informatization to digital twin project according to the Technical Guidelines for the Construction of Digital Twin Water Conservancy Projects.
