摘要
现代水利工程设施多位于城市中心区域,兼具建筑工程与传统水利工程的特点,邻近周边构建物、施工作业面狭窄、管线交叉情况普遍、技术难度复杂和工程信息量大。随着水利部大力推动BIM技术在本行业的应用研究,该文将探索BIM模型技术在海曙区内河水体调控工程全生命周期的应用,通过建筑信息模型的建立与应用,优化设计方案、节省资源和降低成本,实现建设单位、设计、施工和运维等各方的工作协同,以提高工程建设管理水平,为水利工程的BIM技术应用提供技术借鉴和参考。
Modern water conservancy engineering facilities are mostly located in the central area of the city, which has the characteristics of both architectural engineering and traditional water conservancy engineering. They are located in the vicinity of surrounding structures, narrow construction surface, common pipeline crossing, complicated technical difficulty and large engineering information. With the Ministry of Water Resources vigorously promoting the application and research of BIM technology in this industry, this paper will explore the application of BIM model technology in the whole life cycle of inland river water regulation and control project in Haishu District. Through the establishment and application of building information model, we can optimize the design scheme, save resources, reduce costs, and realize the cooperation of construction units, design, construction, operation and maintenance, so as to improve the level of project construction management. It provides technical reference and reference for the application of BIM technology in water conservancy projects.
