摘要
新文科建设为海军院校的英语教学提供了强大驱动力,也为英语教师发展指明了新方向。应用大数据时代的“用户画像”方法,形成思政、思战、思学和思研“四位一体”的海军英语教师新画像,从人文与思政素养、为战育人理念、学习能力和教学能力以及科学研究素养等多层面入手,找出一条适合海军院校英语教师全方位发展的道路。
It is obvious that the construction of new liberal arts has provided a strong drive for the English teaching in naval academies.The application of personas helps make clear the naval academies'English teachers'multiple roles,which includes ideological and political orientation,centered around study,teaching and research,and geared to the needs of war.In the process of enhancing the above-mentioned qualifications,it is easy to find a suitable path for the all-round development of English teachers in naval academies.
