摘要
目的:深入了解护士对基于心理韧性相关的执业环境的支持需求,为后续制定有效干预方案提供参考依据。方法:采用描述性质性研究的方法,以护士心理韧性相关执业环境因素模型为指导,目的抽样选取北京市某三级甲等医院的21名护士进行面对面半结构式访谈,使用Giorgi资料分析方法对资料进行整理并提炼出主题。结果:通过分析归纳出3个主题群和10个下属主题,3个主题分别是:职业支持与发展的磁性需求;实践支持与发展的合理化需求;个人支持与发展的人文化需求。结论:护理管理者应根据护士对心理韧性相关执业环境所需的职业、实践和个人3个层面的真实需求,多角度制定相关政策及措施,以改善其执业环境,最终提高护士的心理韧性水平。
Objective:To understand nurses'support needs of a practice environment related to psychological resilience to provide a reference for development of effective intervention plans.Methods:The study used a descriptive qualitative research approach guided by the HSWERM model.Purposive sampling was used to recruit 21 nurses from a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing and face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted among these nurses.Results:Through analysis,a total of 3 themes and 10 subthemes were identified.A total of 3 themes included the magnetic needs of career support and development,rationalized needs for practical support and development,and human cultural needs for personal support and development.Conclusion:Nursing managers should make relevant policies and measures to improve nurses'practice environment according to their real needs regarding the occupational,practical and personal levels of the practice environment related to psychological resilience.Hopefully,the psychological resilience level of nurses will be ultimately improved.
