摘要
目的通过调查上海市部分医院普通病房护理工作量,制定普通病房的护理人力资源配置标准。方法采用分层随机抽样法抽取上海市34所不同等级医院,对其护理人力资源配置现状采用文献回顾法、专家咨询法、现场调查法进行研究。结果上海市三级综合医院的床护比为1:0.63~0.77,三级专科医院的床护比为1:0.49~0.51,二级医院的床护比为1:0.43~0.49,一级医院的床护比为1:0.40~0.44。结论病区护理工作量是制定护理人力资源配置标准的合理依据。
Objective To investigate the workload in general departments of different levels of hospitals in Shanghai and work out the standard of nursing staff demand in general departments. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to select 34 hospitals of different levels in Shanghai. And the nursing staff dispostion was analyzed using literarue review, Delphi's method, and onspot investigation. Results The standard patient to nurse ratio was 1 :0.63-0.77 in grade 3 comprehensive hospitals, 1 : 0.49-0. 51 in grade 3 special hospital, 1:0.43-0.49 in grade 2 comprehensive hospital and 1:0. 40-0. 44 in grade 1 comprehensive hospital. Conclusion The nursing workload is the rational reference for designing the nursing human resources allocation.
