上虞城市道路交通拥堵现状分析与治理对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 上虞交通供需矛盾日益彰显,通道阻隔、结构失衡等上虞特有的拥堵成因使其他城市的治堵经验难以直接应用,解析上虞特色的拥堵症结并提出科学对策是缓解拥堵的重要手段。首先,通过拥堵现状评估,识别上虞拥堵路段与瓶颈节点;其次,从交通供需角度分析并总结上虞存在过境交通需求增长、机动车占有及出行率较高、道路结构不合理、天然屏障制约组团联通等拥堵症结;最后,从构建多层次道路网络结构、完善道路网络密度等方面给出具体治堵对策,并进行治理效果评估。结果表明,方案实现后对外通道趋于完善,路网结构趋于合理,路网密度达到规范要求。该对策以期推动上虞交通拥堵治理工作,并为同类城市的治堵工作提供案例借鉴。 The contradiction between traffic supply and demand in the Shangyu is becoming increasingly evident,and the unique causes of congestion in Shangyu,such as blocked access and structural imbalance,make it difficult to directly apply the experience of other cities in congestion management,so it is important to analyse the unique causes of congestion in Shangyu and propose scientific countermeasures to reduce congestion.Firstly,through the assessment of the current congestion situation,the congested road sections and bottlenecks in Shangyu are identified.Secondly,from the perspective of traffic supply and demand,the paper analyses and concludes that there are congestion problems in Shangyu,such as the growth of transit traffic demand,high motor vehicle occupancy and travel rate,unreasonable road structure and natural barriers that restrict the connectivity of clusters.Finally,specific countermeasures against congestion are given in terms of building a multi-level road network structure and improving road network density,and the effectiveness of the treatment is evaluated.The results show that the external corridors tend to be improved,the road network structure tends to be reasonable,and the road network density meets the specification requirements after the programme is realised.The countermeasures are intended to promote traffic congestion management in Shangyu and provide case studies for similar cities.
