摘要
城市交通疏堵保畅是盐城交警精细化管理常态化工作。通过交通拥堵指数评估盐城市道路总体运行秩序良好,然而每个城市有其自身的拥堵特征,难以直接照搬其他城市的治堵手段。通过对盐城市区交通运行中若干拥堵症结成因进行剖析,从改造与管理并举、优化交通组织模式、校园地区专项治理、交通常态化整治、科学组织等方面化解拥堵,推进盐城交警支队交通治理体系和治理能力,为同类城市在日常交通管理工作提供案例借鉴。
Urban traffic dredging and maintaining is the normal work of fine management of traffic police in Yancheng.The overall operation order of Yancheng urban roads is better assessed by traffic congestion index,however,the city has its own congestion characteristics,so it is difficult to directly apply the congestion control methods of other cities.This paper analyzes several cruxes of congestion in Yancheng urban road.Solving congestion by simultaneously improving transformation and management,optimizing traffic organization mode,special management of campus areas,normalized traffic regulation and scientific organization,etc.,and promoting the traffic management system and capacity of Yancheng traffic police detachment.The cases are provided for reference in the daily traffic management of similar cities.
