摘要
中、小学生上、下学交通是城市居民出行的重要组成部分,家长接送学生时电动车以及小汽车的停放影响了学校周边道路交通运行,已经成为城市交通管理中不能回避的问题。通过对徐州市部分中、小学上、下学高峰期接送学生的私家车数量、停车时间和停车方式的调查,分析上、下学高峰期小汽车停车需求的差异,并根据校园周边交通状况,通过对学校门口停车难问题的分析,提出了将上、下学接送空间转移到学校内部为主的系列解决方案,并对其进行可行性分析。文章提出的解决方案,既缓解了学生上、下学周边的交通压力,充分利用闲时的学校操场空间,又保障了学生上、下学的交通安全。
Traffic between primary and secondary school students is an important part of urban residents’travel.The parking of Electric bicycle and cars when parents pick up students affects the traffic operation around schools,which has become an unavoidable problem in urban traffic management.By investigating the number of private cars,parking time and parking modes of picking up and delivering students in the rush hours of primary and secondary schools in Xuzhou,this paper analyses the differences of parking demand between the two periods,and according to the traffic conditions around the campus,through the analysis of the difficulty of parking at the school entrance,puts forward the idea of going to school and leaving school.Transfer space to the school-based series of solutions,and its feasibility analysis.The solution proposed in this paper not only alleviates the traffic pressure around students’going to and from school makes full use of the spare school playground space,but also guarantees the traffic safety of students’going to and from school.
