摘要
随着生活水平的提高,私家车已成为接送学生的重要交通工具之一。上下学高峰时段临时停车区域的匮乏,导致学校门口及临近道路均沦为交通拥堵的“重灾区”。为保障出行安全及道路畅通,该文以上海市为研究范围,以解决接送停车供需矛盾为目的探析“应变策略”。
With the improvement of living standards,using private car to pick up child has become an important transit way.Facing the shortage of temporary parking berths,the school and its surrounding area are suffering the traffic congestion during peak hours.Taking Shanghai as an example,this study formulates responding strategies to enhance the efficiency of pick up parking and ease the conflicts between transit and parking.
