两种模式下骨科粘结剂器械清洗质量对比 被引量:2

Comparison of cleaning quality of orthopaedic adhesiveinstruments under two modes

摘要 试验清洗模式分为75%乙醇+压力蒸汽喷枪联合清洗模式组(联合清洗模式组)和常规清洗模式组2个组,研究分析2个组手术器械清洗质量、消毒合格情况、管理质量、损耗、遗失情况和2个组工作人员锐器损伤、感染、满意度情况。结果表明:联合清洗模式组手术器械目测法清洗合格率为95.00%,高于常规清洗模式组85.00%(P<0.05);除锈合格率、消毒合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率均高于常规清洗模式组(P<0.05);设备管理质量评分、包装质量评分、环境管理质量评分、整体质量评分均高于常规清洗模式组(P<0.05);手术器械损耗率、遗失率均低于常规清洗模式组(P<0.05);工作人员锐器损伤率、感染率均低于常规清洗模式组(P<0.05);工作人员满意度93.33%,高于常规清洗模式组66.67%(P<0.05)。75%乙醇+压力蒸汽喷枪联合清洗模式下骨科粘结剂器械清洗质量较常规清洗模式高。 The experimental cleaning mode was divided into two groups:75%ethanol+pressure steam spray gun combined cleaning mode group(combined cleaning mode group)and conventional cleaning mode group.The cleaning quality,disinfection qualification,management quality,loss and loss of surgical instruments in the two groups and the sharp instrument injury,infection and satisfaction of the staff in the two groups were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the qualified rate of visual cleaning of surgical instruments in the combined cleaning mode group was 95.00%,which was higher than 85.00%in the conventional cleaning mode group(P<0.05);The derusting qualified rate,disinfection qualified rate,sterilization qualified rate and packaging qualified rate were higher than those in the conventional cleaning mode group(P<0.05);The scores of equipment management quality,packaging quality,environmental management quality and overall quality were higher than those in the conventional cleaning mode group(P<0.05);The loss rate and loss rate of surgical instruments were lower than those in routine cleaning mode group(P<0.05);The injury rate and infection rate of sharp instruments in workers were lower than those in routine cleaning mode group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of staff was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67%in the conventional cleaning mode group(P<0.05).The cleaning quality of orthopaedic cement instruments in the combined cleaning mode of 75%ethanol+pressure steam spray gun is higher than that in the conventional cleaning mode.
