摘要
目的分析精密仪器管理中消毒供应室一体化管理的运用价值。方法随机选取该院2020年1月—2021年11月消毒供应室内的200件手术室器械,分为观察组(实施一体化管理后)与对照组(实施一体化管理前),各100件。对照组仅给予常规管理,观察组实施一体化管理,对比两组器械的消毒处理情况。结果研究组手术器械的消毒合格率与手术室医务人员对器械消毒的满意率均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组器械及物体表面菌落数情况对比,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精密仪器管理中运用消毒供应室一体化管理措施可以提升器械的消毒合格率,同时还能提升手术室医师的满意率。
Objective To analyze the application value of integrated management of disinfection supply room in precision instrument management.Methods 200 pieces of operating room instruments in the disinfection supply room of the hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(after the implementation of integrated management)and control group(before the implementation of integrated management),with 100 pieces in each group.The control group was only given routine management,and the observation group was given integrated management.The disinfection treatment of instruments in the two groups was compared.Results The qualified rate of surgical instruments disinfection and the satisfaction rate of medical staff in the operating room in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of colonies on the surface of the instruments and objects in the two groups was compared,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of integrated management measures of disinfection supply room in precision instrument management can improve the disinfection qualification rate of instruments.At the same time,it can improve the satisfaction rate of doctors in the operating room.
