焊接机器人在选烧链斗中的应用

摘要 随着近几年智能制造的迅猛发展,焊接机器人在装备制造业的应用越来越广泛,机器人应用技术也越来越成熟;焊接方面,焊接机器人在一定程度上提高了焊接效率、焊接质量;降低焊工的劳动强度。本文旨在讨论焊接机器人在选烧链斗焊接中的编程、焊接顺序调整、焊接模式的选用、焊缝寻位跟踪、压型误差通过机器人功能的弥补等的应用;通过系统的焊接生产,证明机器人焊接选烧链斗比人工焊接不论在效率还是质量上都有所提高,为焊接机器人在压型斗体的焊接过程中提供参考依据。 With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing in recent years, the application of welding robots in the equipment manufacturing industry has become more and more extensive, and the application technology of robots has become more and more mature;in terms of welding, welding robots have improved welding efficiency and welding quality to a certain extent;reduced welders labor intensity. This article aims to discuss the application of some functions of the robot such as welding mold making, programming, welding sequence adjustment, welding mode selection, welding seam location tracking, and the adjustment of profiling errors through the adjustment of robot functions in the selection of chain bucket welding. Through systematic welding production, it is proved that robot welding is better than manual welding in terms of efficiency and quality. It provides a reference basis for the welding of the welding robot in the profiled bucket body.
