摘要
某钢厂冷轧耐大气腐蚀钢Q310NQL2研发初期,冷轧闪光焊接后焊缝杯凸试验不合格,并且焊缝处有虚焊现象,轧制后出现微小孔洞,导致轧制断带风险较高。通过扫描电镜对焊缝虚焊处显微组织分析,表明虚焊位置存在大量的Si、Mn、Al等元素的氧化物富集。通过调整酸轧焊机焊接工艺参数,闪光焊接采用大滴油量退火焊接模式,减少焊缝处合金元素在焊接过程中生成的氧化物,最终焊缝虚焊问题得到解决,轧机断带率也大大降低。
At the beginning of the research and development Q310 NQL2 cold rolled atmospheric corrosion resistant steel in a steel plant, the weld cup convex test after cold rolled flash welding is not up to standard, and there is a phenomenon of virtual welding at the weld seam, and there are tiny holes after rolling, which leads to the high risk of rolling broken belt. By scanning electron microscope(SEM), the microstructure of weld virtual welding site is analyzed, which shows that there is a large amount of oxide enrichment of Si、Mn、Al and other elements in the virtual welding site. By adjusting the welding process parameters of acid rolling welder, flash welding adopts large oil drop annealing welding mode to reduce the oxide produced by alloy elements in the welding process, and finally the problem of virtual welding of weld seam is solved. The strip breaking rate of rolling mill is also greatly reduced.
