新工科背景下科教融合的关键要素剖析——基于学生视角的实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 科教融合是当今世界研究型大学科教体系改革发展的方向,有必要从不同视角挖掘科教融合的应有之义。针对当前科教融合理念相关实证性研究多集中于教师主体方面而以学生为主体的研究欠缺问题,在以学生为本的思想指引下,通过问卷调查实证研究剖析了学生视角下的科教融合关键要素。调查研究结果显示:学生视角下,我国高等院校开展科教融合的三个关键要素依次为“学生实践动手能力”“教师项目质量和数量”“教师论文质量和数量”。“非双一流”高校本科生对前两个要素的兴趣较“双一流”高校本科生更为强烈,两种类型高校本科生对第三个关键要素的兴趣趋于一致。其余4个主要要素中有2个涉及软件条件维度的科研氛围层面,即,教师开展和学生参与科研的积极性,而这有赖于自上而下鼓励性政策的引导。研究结果将为实现新工科背景下的教学与科研的相互促进、教学模式的变革、制度和政策的重新制定提供依据。 The research-teaching nexus is the reform and development direction of the research and education system of research universities in the contemporary world.It is necessary to excavate the meaning of research-teaching nexus from different perspectives.The current empirical researches related to the concept of research-teaching nexus mainly focus on the subject of teachers while suffer from a lack of research on the subject of students.Guided by the student-oriented concept,this paper analyzed the key factors for the research-teaching nexus from the perspective of students through empirical study of questionnaire survey cases.The results showed that there were three key factors of research-teaching nexus in Chinese colleges and universities from the perspective of students:"students′ practical ability","quality and quantity of teachers′ projects" and "quality and quantity of teachers′ research articles".The undergraduates from "Non-double first-class" universities have stronger demands on the first two key factors than those from "Double first-class" universities.The demands on the third key factor for the undergraduates from the two different types of universities tended to be similar.Among the other four major factors,two of them are related to the research atmosphere of the software condition dimension,that is,the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in research,which depends on the guidance of top-down encouraging policies.The results of this paper will provide an evidence for realizing the mutual promotion of teaching and research,the reform of teaching mode,and the re-formulation of system and policy under the background of emerging engineering education.
