摘要
科教融合是研究型大学的本质特征,是当今世界科教体系改革发展的共同趋势,也是我国大力倡导的高等教育改革方向。但是在现实当中,科教融合的实施并非顺畅,其中治理体制机制问题是制约科教融合作用发挥的关键。以中国科学院大学为案例,通过分析科研机构与教育机构之间科教融合的动力机制以及导致治理困境的原因,结合案例高校近年来科教融合模式的探索实践,揭示出组织变革是突破科教融合治理困境的有效路径,即从组织结构、目标、运行基础、激励和文化等方面进行改造,把科教融合融入组织结构与运行发展机制当中。
Integration of research and education is an essential character of research university,a world-wide convergent trend of changes in research and education system,and the direction of higher education reform in China.However,the implementation of integration of research and education is far from perfect,problem in institutional governance is a key factor impeding the effectiveness of integration of research and education.Using case study method,this study analyzes the rationale for collaboration between research institutes and the university,the causation of predicament of governance in integration,and the exploration and reforms in the case university,and reveals that organizational transformation is an effective way to solve the problem,by incorporating integration of research and education into organizational structure and operational mechanism in the aspects of organizational structure,goal,operation foundation,incentive system,and organizational culture.
