The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a new historical orientation of China's development. In the context of overall rural revitalization, the development of rural small-scale schools has always been a short board to comprehensively improve the quality of rural education.Even rural small-scale schools with the strong support of economic policies still have difficulties such as shrinking school scale, poor quality of students and"unable to retain"teachers, resulting in the phenomenon of"strong support and weak development".In order to better promote the balance of urban and rural compulsory education and implement the effectiveness of policy implementation,we should deeply explore the reasons for this phenomenon from the aspects of the change of rural work structure, the loss of rural culture and educational synergy brought by the process of urbanization.Taking advantage of the trend,it is proposed to scientifically develop rural small-scale schools, improve the policy guarantee mechanism, revitalize and optimize the allocation of teacher resources in small-scale schools;Give play to the leadership of rural principals, stimulate the development of rural teachers and improve the development quality of small-scale schools;Establish rural parent schools and improve the level of home school cooperation.
