摘要
文章介绍的使用弹簧薄钢板或者锯条加工成的特定工具便能比较容易测得螺纹深度数值以及螺纹底孔的深度数值。通常螺纹联接形式在发动机的各个零部件中有大量使用,主要是因为相关零件在发动机装置工作过程中,可能受到氧化、腐蚀、磨损,甚至可能出现断裂等现象,导致零件最终出现失效的情况,因此需要及时更换受损的零件。和其他联接相比,螺纹联接方式拆装相对便捷。一般来讲,发动机的缸体、缸盖螺纹是内螺纹的形式。
The specific tools made of spring steel sheet or saw blade introduced in this paper can easily measure the depth of thread and the depth of thread bottom hole.Generally,the form of threaded connection is widely used in various parts of the engine,mainly because the relevant parts may be oxidized,corroded,worn,or even broken during the working process of the engine device,resulting in the final failure of the parts.Therefore,the damaged parts need to be replaced in time.Compared with other connections,threaded connection is relatively convenient for disassembly and assembly.Generally speaking,the threads of the cylinder block and cylinder head of the engine are in the form of internal threads.
