摘要
基于发动机拧紧装配过程中出现的问题,简述了螺栓拧紧的原理,以及拧紧工具的选择方法,全面剖析了螺栓拧紧的失效模式及失效原因,归纳总结了螺栓拧紧的控制方法以及区别,通过实际的案例分析了从拧紧的控制方法入手来解决螺栓失效问题的过程。实践证明,有效地采用螺栓拧紧控制方法,可以极大地降低生产成本,提高生产效率。借此以供同行业参考。
Based on tighten mounting problems in the process of engine,this paper expounds the principle of bolt is tightened,and tighten the tool selection method,comprehensively analyze the failure modes and failure reasons of bolt tightening,sum up the control method of bolt is tightened and the difference,through the actual case analysis how to solve from the control method of screw bolt failure problem.Through the practice has proved that effective use the bolt tightening control method,can greatly reduce the cost,improve production efficiency.To take this for reference in the same industry.
