摘要
刀具及其间接费用占用了发动机加工成本的很大部分,采用合适的刀具管理模式可以有效地降低刀具成本,提高发动机企业的竞争力。分析了国内外不同的刀具管理方式,总结了刀具管理方式的发展趋势。
The cost about tool takes over large proportion of finished cost of automobile engine. Appropriate tool management model can save finished cost of automobile engine effectively and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise. According to analyzing the different tool management models at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the development tendency of tool management model.
