摘要
阐述了选煤厂在潮湿细粒原煤筛分过程中时常出现堵孔、粘孔等问题,影响筛分效率及后续作业;分析了造成细粒物料堵孔、粘孔问题的原因。结合弛张筛的工作原理以及现场应用,总结出弛张筛在细粒原煤分级作业的优势,为选煤厂分级作业设备选择提供参考。
It is explained that the problems of plugging holes and sticking holes often occur in the process of screening moist fine-grain raw coal in coal preparation plants,which affect the screening efficiency and follow-up operations;the causes of hole plugging and sticking hole problems of fine materials are analyzed.Combined with the working principle of flip-flow screen and on-site application,the advantages of flip-flow screen in fine raw coal classification operation are summarized,which can provide a reference for the selection of classification equipment in coal preparation plants.
