摘要
产学研一体化是应用型高校转型升级的有效途径,也是服务地方经济高质量发展的重要举措。目前福建省存在高校教学评价体系不完善及校、政、企三方信息不对称等问题,据此提出增强以高校为主导的“应用型”改革力度、加强以地方特色为主导的产业学院建设、提升以政府为主导的三方“螺旋式发展”动力等建议。探索应用型高校在产学研一体化视角下的工作思路,以期为其在新形势下的聚力发展提供参考。
The integration of industry-university-research is an effective way for the transformation and upgrading of application-oriented colleges,and also an important measure to serve the high-quality development of the local economy in Fujian province.There are problems such as imperfect teaching evaluation system in colleges and information asymmetry among schools,government and enterprises.Based on this,the suggestions are put forward to strengthen the"application-oriented"reforms led by colleges,strengthen the construction of industrial colleges led by local characteristics,and enhance the government-led tripartite"spiral development"power.Exploring the working ideas of application-oriented colleges from the perspective of the integration of Industry-university-research is going to provide reference for the cohesive development under the new situation.
