摘要
我国目前多数应用型本科高校由普通本科高校或师范专科学校转型升格而来,面临着教师实践能力无法满足应用型人才培养需求的难题,主要原因在于教师个人对实践认识不到位、实践经历不丰富及学校的教师实践机制不健全。龙岩学院从树立教师实践理念、改革人事制度、创新产教融合平台、优化实践培养体系等方面,探索产教融合背景下教师实践能力提升路径,成效显著,总结了转型理念要深入人心、评价体系要科学健全、合作机制要稳固牢靠等经验。
Most of application-oriented colleges are upgraded from ordinary colleges or normal colleges.They face the problem that teachers'practical ability can not meet the needs of application-oriented talents training.Teachers do not understand the importance of practice,lack practical experience and the mechanism is not perfect enough.Longyan University took some measures to improve teachers'practical ability,such as setting up teachers'practical consciousness,reforming the personnel system,building platforms for teachers'production and teaching integration and optimizing practical training system,and it has achieved remarkable results and summarized some experiences,such as the concept of transformation and development should be deeply rooted,formulate a scientific evaluation system and establish a stable cooperative relationship.
