摘要
目的:探究子午流注低频联合艾灸对子宫内膜异位症痛经患者疼痛程度及生存质量的影响。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年9月秦皇岛市中医医院接收的子宫内膜异位症痛经患者82例,按计算机随机程序生成的随机数字分为联合组(41例)与对照组(41例)。联合组给予子午流注低频联合艾灸治疗,对照组只给予子午流注低频治疗。观察两组疗效及治疗后疼痛程度、血清相关指标前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))、糖类抗原125(CA125)及子宫内膜异位症专用生存质量评价量表(EHP-5)评分情况。结果:联合组治疗总有效率(92.68%)高于对照组(73.17%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、EHP-5各项评分及血清PGE_(2)、PGF_(2α)、CA125水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后各指标下降幅度均高于于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注低频联合艾灸治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经疗效好,能明显减轻患者疼痛,纠正血清PGE_(2)、PGF_(2α)、CA125水平,改善生存质量。
Objective:To investigate the effects of low frequency treatment apparatus based on Ziwuliuzhu(midnight-noon ebb-flow for selection of acupoints by traditional Chinese medicine)combined with moxibustion on the pain relief and quality of life in patients with dysmenorrhea from endometriosis.Methods:Eighty-two patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea treated in our hospital were included from February 2018 to September 2019,and randomized to combined treatment group(n=41)and control group(n=41)according to the number randomly generated by a computer program.Patients in the combined treatment group received Ziwuliuzhu regimen using a low frequency apparatus plus moxibustion,and those in the control group were given only low frequency treatment on Ziwuliuzhu regimen basis.The two groups were compared regarding the curative effect as well as pain degree,serum related indexes,including prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),prostaglandin F_(2α)(PGF _(2α)),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and scores of Endometriosis Health Profile-5(EHP-5)following treatment.Results:The total curative effective rate was higher in the combined treatment group than in the control group(92.68%vs.73.17%,P<0.05).Although the scores on VAS and EHP-5,and serum PGE_(2),PGF_(2α) and CA125 levels were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in various indexes was more dominant in the combined treatment group compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziwuliuzhu low frequency apparatus combined with moxibustion can be better curative effect on dysmenorrhea from endometriosis.This regimen can significantly relieve the pain,correct the serum levels of PGE_(2),PGF_(2α) and CA125,and improve the quality of life of such patients.
