摘要
目的探讨舒肝温经汤、艾灸联合地屈孕酮片治疗对寒凝血瘀型痛经患者的临床疗效及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年2月济南市章丘区妇幼保健院收治的100例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用舒肝温经汤、艾灸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、生活质量、血清指标、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛视觉模拟、COX痛经症状评分量表评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,两组健康调查简表评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组前列腺素F2α水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组;两组前列腺素雌二醇、β内啡肽水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素6水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒肝温经汤、艾灸联合地屈孕酮片治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经患者可有效改善临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,改善血清指标及炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效,提升生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Wenjing Decoction,moxibustion combined with dydrogesterone tablets on the clinical effect and pain degree of patients with cold coagulation blood stasis type dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 100 patients with cold coagulation blood stasis type dysmenorrhea admitted to Jinan Zhangqiu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desdrogestone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Wenjing decoction and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,quality of life,serum indicators,levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale of pain and COX Dysmenorrhea Symptom Scale in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of 36-item Short-Form health survey in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of prostaglandin F2α in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the levels of prostaglandin estradiol andβ-endorphin in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the two groups were lower than those befo
