摘要
SIRT6是沉默配型信息调节蛋白家族的重要成员,广泛存在于哺乳动物中,目前已知其拥有NAD^(+)依赖的组蛋白去乙酰化酶、单ADP核糖基转移酶及去脂肪酰化酶活性。SIRT6参与机体多种生命过程,如调控DNA修复、端粒维护、炎性反应、能量代谢以及衰老等。近年来研究显示SIRT6在肺损伤、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、特发性肺纤维化、非小细胞肺癌等呼吸系统疾病中发挥重要作用,有望为相关疾病的治疗提供潜在靶点。
SIRT6 is widely found in mammals and is an important member of the silent match information regulatory protein family(SIRTUIN).It is known to have NAD+dependent histone deacetylase,single ADP ribosyltransferase and dealiphatic acylase activities.SIRT6 is involved in a variety of life processes such as regulating DNA repair,telomeere maintenance,inflammatory response,energy metabolism and aging.Recent studies have shown that SIRT6 plays an important role in respiratory diseases such as lung injury,bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,and non-small cell lung cancer,promising to provide potential targets for the treatment of related diseases.
