摘要
针对抹灰砂浆易空鼓、开裂、脱落的问题,试验研究了玄武岩石粉对不同强度等级的干混砂浆工作性能、力学性能及早期失水性能和收缩变形性质的影响。结果表明,当干混抹灰砂浆强度等级相同时,使用玄武岩石粉取代机制砂的比率增加,会使砂浆保水性能提高,凝结时间缩短,表观密度降低,砂浆的28d抗压强度和14d拉伸粘结强度降低。干混抹灰砂浆的失水率和干燥收缩值均随砂浆的龄期增长而升高,随玄武岩石粉取代机制砂比率增加而升高。
In view of the problem that plastering mortar is prone to hollowing,cracking and shedding,the effects of basalt powder on the workability,mechanical properties,early water loss and shrinkage deformation of dry-mixed mortars with different strength grades are experimentally studied.The results show that when the strength grade of dry-mixed mortar is the same,with the increase of ratio of basaltic powder replacing machine-made sand,the water retention performance of mortar is improved,the setting time is shortened,and the apparent density is decreased.28-day compressive strength and 14-day tensile bond strength of mortar decrease.The water loss rate and drying shrinkage of dry-mixed mortar increase with the increase of mortar age and the substitution rate of basalt powder.
