风力和空气相对湿度对不同强度等级混凝土浇筑后性能的影响

摘要 本文就常温情况下风力和空气相对湿度(RH)对C30、C40、C50、C80和C120强度等级混凝土的失水率、强度损失率及收缩率等性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:(1)相同风力情况下,随着混凝土强度等级的提高,水分蒸发率降低;如风力为6级时,C30混凝土水分3d蒸发率为26.6%,而C120混凝土水分3d蒸发率仅为8.0%;(2)无风及室温情况下,随养护环境相对湿度(RH)降低,混凝土抗压强度降低率增加,而且强度等级高的混凝土其强度降低率更大;(3)无风及室温情况下,随养护环境RH降低,混凝土的收缩率增大,而且强度等级高的混凝土其收缩率增加值越大。基于此,对不同强度等级混凝土提出了区别化对待措施。 The effects of wind force and air relative humidity(RH)on the water evaporation rate,strength loss rate and shrinkage rate of five strength grades of concrete,such as C30,C40,C50,C80 and C120,are experimentally studied at room temperature.The results show that:(1)under the same wind force,the water evaporation rate decreases with the increase of concrete strength grade,for example,when the wind force is grade 6,the 3d evaporation rate of C30 concrete is 26.6%,while the 3d evaporation rate of C120 concrete is only 8.0%;(2)Under the condition of no wind and room temperature,the reduction rate of concrete compressive strength increases with the decrease of curing environment RH,and the strength reduction rate of concrete with high strength grade is greater;(3)Under the condition of no wind and room temperature,the shrinkage of concrete increases with the decrease of curing environment RH,and the greater the shrinkage increase of concrete with high strength grade.Based on this,different treatment measures for concrete with different strength grades are put forward.
