摘要
再生骨料性能随原生混凝土强度、使用环境不同而异。收集不同使用环境原生混凝土制备得到再生混凝土细骨料。参照GB/T 25176—2010《混凝土和砂浆用再生细骨料》,分别对不同原生混凝土细骨料的物理性能进行研究,并对再生混凝土细骨料进行初步分类。试验结果表明:不同原生混凝土其强度及使用环境不同,破碎后所得到的再生细骨料的性质有所差异,但均符合规范要求,其中原生低强混凝土破碎得到的细骨料综合性能最好,其次是高强混凝土,再次是中强混凝土。
Recycled fine aggregate's properties are vary according to the differences of its maternal primary concrete's strength and using environments.Collecting different using environments concrete study the physical properties of the different primary concretes' fine aggregate after the primary concrete has been broken and screened.According to GB/T 25176-2010 "Recycled Fine Aggregate for Concrete and Mortar" the physical properties of different original concrete fine aggregate were tested, and a preliminary of recycled fine aggregate of concrete.The result shows that the overall performance of fine aggregate of high strength primary concrete is best, the nest is lower strength and the worst is the concrete used in brick-concrete structure.This conclusion has certain sense for the control when the recycled fine aggregate used in recycled aggregate concrete as well recycled mortar.
