摘要
以山西省隰县2018年果水配套工程为例,选取该工程区1960年~2020年气象数据,对其年、月降雨量进行排频计算,并进行不同设计灌溉保证率下典型年降雨量分布情况的分析;在不同时间尺度下制定出对应的灌溉.制度,对灌区设计灌溉定额以及降雨实际利用量受时间尺度的可能影响进行分析。分析结果表明,在设计灌溉保证率相同的情况下,典型年及月降水量存在较大差异,相同月份降水量之间的差异多达5倍之多;且从年尺度到月尺度,降水量极差表现出从大到小的变动趋势;随降水计算尺度的减小,偏干旱年份灌溉定额呈微小的降低趋势。考虑到不同时间尺度下对灌溉用水的利用程度及节水潜力不同,故农田灌溉工程区应加强灌溉制度优化设计,选择合适的时间尺度,在落实设计灌溉保证率的基础上,提升水资源利用效率。
Taking the 2018 fruit and water supporting project in Xi County,Shanxi Province as an example,the meteorological data of the project area from 1960 to 2020 were selected,and the annual and monthly rainfall was calculated by frequency ran king.At the same time,the distribution of typical annual rainfall under different design irrigation guarantee rates is analyzed;Corresponding irrigation regimes were formulated under different time scales,and the possible in fluence of the time scale on the design irrigation quota of the irrigation area and the actual utilization of rainfall was analyzed.The analysis results show that when the design irrigation guarantee rate is the same,the typical annual and monthly precipitation are quite different,and the difference between the precipitation in the same month is as much as 5 times;And from the annual scale to the monthly scale,the precipitation range showed a trend of changing from large to small;with the decrease of the precipitation calculation scale,the irrigation quota in the drier years showed a slight decreasing trend.Considering the different utilization of irrigation water and water-saving potential at different time scales,it is necessary to strengthen the optimal design of irrigation system for farmland irrigation engineering areas.Select an appropriate time scale to improve water resource utilization efficiency on the basis of implementing the design irrigation guarantee rate.
